I've put together a production team (with the exception of a gaffer.) I've condensed the shot list, scene summary, production schedule, and contact sheet into one document here. We have our first production meeting on 16/09 at 7:30 where we will discuss dates, location bookings, equipment rentals, and set dressing. After I got a main crew for my live action shots, I found a quadrupedal animator for the post-shots. I've talked to a couple riggers, but I haven't settled on one yet. My next task will be to finalize my creature design in order to workshop it throughout the pre-production process.


Also, I created a moodboard to show the crew so they understand my vision for each shot in terms of lighting and mood.

Just finished a VERY BASIC shot list and scene summary, I’ll keep adding to it over this process. I’m also searching for crew members, just sent out a “help wanted” kind of poster. If nobody responds after a couple days, I’ll talk to some of my film friends about finding people. After talking with my friend, Nick Scandrol, he recommended some things I’d need to make this production possible. Gear, crew members, and filmmaking techniques. I’ve been on a few film sets, so I know the general process, but obviously i’ll still need a lot of help. Next, I’ll make a schedule for the milestones we have to hit such as location scouting, set design, equiptment rental, and shooting dates.
